TOPIC 2 - How to adapt the Society 5.0 and its development? (TP070151)

How do we adapt the Society 5.0 and its development, include learning and developing some essential  entrepreneurial skills?

First of all, we need to embrace the digital transformation. We need to tune our mindset to accept the potential of technology to improve human lives. Not only that, we also need to understand the role of artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies in solving real-world problems.

Up next, we need to enhance our entrepreneurship skills too. This skills are divided into two parts which is attitudes(soft skills) and enabling skills (hard skills). For the attitudes, we can build our own networking so that we could collab and exchange ideas with different kind of people. Next, we also need to have self confidence. We need to believe in ourselves and dare to take risks. For the enabling skills, we need to learn some basic knowledge so that we could understand more about the fundamentals of running a business. Not only that, business planning and managerial skills are also included in it. We could learn effective business plans and develop leadership skills, decision making skills and team management that are super useful.

Not only that, promoting education about entrepreneurship is also important. Young generation should start early no matter what education level they had. The benefits of starting early is they could learn teamwork, collaboration and even explore business concepts.

Lastly, think creatively and solve problems is also one of the way to adapt it. One should have creative thinking skills to solve problems. They could use digital technologies and data creatively to devise solutions.
